Protecting the People Who Serve Us
Most residents are like Mark was for his first eight or nine years living in Scio Township: not very interested or aware of the politics inside Township Hall. But for those citizens who have followed and been involved in the running of the township, and for those people who work in Township Hall, this has been a very significant issue for several years. It is commonly known in Township, County, and State-level political circles.
There is a dysfunction in the culture which has led to poor morale and high turnover in staff, infighting among the Board of Trustees, mismanagement of Township functions, and fiscal mismanagement of taxpayer funds. This has to be addressed, and it has to stop.
Solution: Personal Integrity. High Standards.
