Effective governance starts with a healthier, more functional culture at Township Hall. Board meetings should be focused and efficient, public comments should be heard and respected, and FOIA compliance must improve immediately and remain consistent. We also need to address the workplace conditions that have contributed to employee turnover, staff unionization, and the overuse of contract services. Scio should be a desirable place to work, serve, and live.
